Slow Flow Yoga Class

**Decrease your stress and focus your mind during this 60-minute full breath, full body yoga class. Beginner-intermediate level.**
Whether you’re interested in relaxation and meditation, or looking for ways to increase your strength and flexibility, this 60-minute breath centered practice will help prepare you for the week ahead.
Whatever your level of experience, body shape, and life stage you’re at, you’re welcome to participate. There’s a modification for everything, so beginners are welcome! Class is guided by Yoga Instructor, [Jessica Kirschner](https://www.instagram.com/mindfulmodernliving/).
Class will meet at [Prevail Strength x Movement](https://www.thisisprevail.com/) in Cincinnati, Ohio. Free parking is available.
