What an incredible week we had! Last Wednesday was the encore Vegas Vegan Dinner held at CATCH Las Vegas. Curated by Vegans, Baby, the dinner first took place in New York City at the famous James Beard House in July. The Vegas Vegan Dinner was the first vegan dinner at the House to feature a curation of chefs and highlight a city. Talk about an honor! We brought with us Chefs Yuri Szarzewski (Eatt Gourmet Bistro), Andrew Carroll (CATCH Las Vegas), Brian Howard (Sparrow + Wolf), Oscar Amador (EDO Gastro Tapas & Wine) and Vincent Pellerin (Partage). The sold out Las Vegas event recreated the New York dinner to hometown crowd. And, guess what?!? We’re curating another Vegas Vegan Dinner in New York City this November. Details coming soon!
