Vegan breakfast is probably the hardest of all the meals to find when it comes to dining out. Even if you’re knee-deep in vegan travel planning, it can be hard to uncover where to eat, especially for breakfast. Fortunately, I love breakfast and spent a lot of time exploring the city in the morning hours to help you plan your travel. Thankfully, there are a lot of restaurants serving vegan breakfast in Las Vegas, you just need to be in the know.

When it comes to breakfast, we’re not talking simply a muffin and coffee — there are plenty of coffee shops in Las Vegas with vegan options. And, we’re not talking about restaurants that open late morning and have options.

We’re talking actual breakfast options like pancakes, scrambles, sandwiches and more served during traditional breakfast time. So, set your alarms for before 10 a.m. and wake up for vegan breakfast in Las Vegas.

Vegan Breakfast Options in Las Vegas (2026)

Vegan Breakfast on The Strip

Truth & Tonic

Truth & Tonic is the first vegan restaurant on The Strip. Located inside Canyon Ranch Spa + Fitness in the Venetian Resort, it's open for breakfast and lunch and serves food to heal. For more vegan options in Las Vegas, visit www.vegansbaby.com

The Strip’s first all-vegan restaurant comes to you courtesy of Chef Pete Ghione. This passionate chef turned Truth & Tonic from an omni restaurant located inside the Canyon Ranch Spa at Venetian into a vegan one. Tapping into the idea that food can be medicine, Ghione has created a gorgeous menu that includes toasts, yogurt and light and fluffy JUST Egg frittatas. Bonus: Las Vegas locals get a 20 percent discount. Located inside Canyon Ranch at Venetian Las Vegas. 7 a.m. – 2 p.m. Closed Tues. – Weds.

Terrace Point Cafe

This lavish cafe at Wynn Las Vegas offers a mix of indoor and outdoor dining poolside. Terrace Point Cafe features vegan eats including a JUST Egg omelette, chicken and waffles, French toast and more. Located inside Wynn Las Vegas.6 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

Jardin

Encore Las Vegas’ Jardin is another stunning restaurant with luxurious outdoor dining in true Wynn/Encore style. Here you can feast on dishes like a JUST Egg omelette, JUST scramble and an Impossible breakfast sandwich with JUST. If you prefer to skip the veganized dishes, they also serve steel cut oats, a berry bowl and smoothies. Located inside Encore Las Vegas. Tues. – Thurs. – 7 a.m. –  3 p.m , Fri. – Mon. – 7 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Where to Get Vegan Breakfast in Las Vegas, Off-Strip

Off-Strip there are a lot of spots for vegan breakfast. I’ve rounded up my top picks.

Black and Blue Diner

Helmed by celeb chef Vic Moea, Black and Blue Diner offers vegan steak and eggs, omelettes, French toast and more goodness. 7:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Good Morning Kitchen

This hot brunch spot serves up JUST Egg sandwiches, chicken and waffles, omelettes, a vegan crab benedict and more … plus booze. 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.

Makers & Finders

The veggie hash is our favorite vegan breakfast item on the menu at Makers & Finders. In addition, this Latin-inspired restaurant also serves a sweet vegan breakfast sandwich and more. You can also tweak the avocado toast to be vegan. They also have some fantastic specialty coffees and teas to enjoy to go with your breakfast. Downton Summerlin: 8 a.m., Arts District: 7 a.m.

TIABI

TIABI is a vegan-friendly restaurant in Las Vegas. For more vegan dining options, visit www.vegansbaby.com

With two locations in town (UNLV and S. Rainbow), TIABI is another vegan-friendly restaurant you can check out. While their vegan selection for breakfast isn’t massive, there is the Viva Las Elvis waffle which comes topped with creamy peanut butter, bananas and coconut bacon, then finished off with a drizzle of agave. They also have waffle sandwiches, coffee and teas and pastries. 7 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Sunrise Coffee Co.

Sunrise Coffee Co. offers a wide variety of vegan eats to start your day. Choose from PBJ, oatmeal, granola, a jackfruit bowl or their Super Burrito. The Super Burrito is filled with spicy jackfruit, beans, potatoes, avocado, tomatoes, spinach, as well as Vegenaise and cream cheese. Plus, they’ve got some great drinks like their lavender matcha and a few pastries that are vegan. 6 a.m. – 8 p.m.

PublicUs

A rustic neighborhood coffee shop located on East Fremont, PublicUs serves up artisan eats. Our personal favorite is the burrito (order it vegan). This hearty breakfast burrito is packed with crispy potatoes, vegan refried beans, onions and chipotle pepper. You can even add soyriso to the mix if you want. They also have oatmeal and a host of vegan pastries like the popular cinnamon roll. 7 a.m. – 3 p.m.
