Garden Grill

Perhaps Las Vegas’ most well-known food spot without an actual restaurant now has one. Garden Grill, the darling of food festivals and farmers markets for years, finally has a brick-and-mortar all-vegan restaurant in Summerlin.

The vegan Las Vegas restaurant has graced popup tents and had locals flock to its business thanks to its “artisan crafted street far” that includes eats like croissant breakfast sandwiches, tacos and our favorite, The Thrillist, a crispy chicken sandwich with all the fixin’s like bacon and cheese sandwiched between a glazed donut.

What’s more — many of the people ordering the food don’t know its actually vegan. We’ve seen it at Life is Beautiful in years past when Garden Grill had the longest line of any food vendor and no one was the wiser that what they were devouring was actually vegan.

Garden Grill has become known for its beer battered avocado tacos and their crispy chicken sandwiches, and stolen hearts directly through stomachs. Plus, all of their food is free from preservatives, GMOs, artificial colors, artificial flavors, artificial sweeteners, MSG, hydrogenated oils and cholesterol.

While still in its opening phase, Garden Grill’s menu is pretty solidified and includes those fan favorites, plus eats like beer battered mushrooms, a California burrito, and soft. serve. vegan. ice.cream. with rotating flavors like chocolate, vanilla and strawberry.

Gluten-free? No worries. Garden Grill offers gluten-free vegan options, too. For the full menu, check out their website.

We’ve reached out and are waiting to get the details on the grand opening and when we can expect the restaurant to go to its normal operating hours. For now, check their Facebook page to find out when you can head over and visit the location and stay tuned here for news when we get it.

Kathryn Hartwig is a senior writer for Vegans, Baby. She decided to go vegan nearly a decade ago while searching for the perfect diet to compliment her role as a professional dancer. After experimenting with multitudes of fads, she Kat found a lifestyle that turned out to be more than a diet. She settled in Vegas with her husband/photographer Daniel, and puppy, Layla, after traveling the world on cruise ships and living in New York City. The family recently welcomed the birth of their first child, a true vegan baby.
