Twice Baked

Twice Baked is a vegan-friendly restaurant in Las Vegas serving gourmet baked potatoes. For more vegan options in Las Vegas visit www.vegansbaby.com

The best vegan baked potato in Las Vegas is at Twice Baked. Located off of Craig Road in North Las Vegas, this vegan-friendly Las Vegas restaurant has four vegan options. Twice Baked is also a Black, women-owned business, founded by Rochelle Hodge.

“Twice Baked is an accidental passion that turned into love,” she says, recalling her love to cook being fostered by watching her mother and grand-mother make meals throughout her childhood.

For years, she was selling her potatoes out of the back of her car to hungry patrons around Las Vegas. In 2021, she was all set to open her first brick-and-mortar when a car drove through the window, delaying opening. Finally, she was able to open later in 2021 to serve the Las Vegas community.

If you’re looking for vegan, gourmet backed potatoes, head to Twice Baked.

Vegan options at Twice Baked

First, let’s get into the obvious option at Twice Baked — the baked potato.

Hodge created the perfect melt-in-your-mouth baked potato. There are an array of options to customize it to your baked potato dreams.

Choose from flavorful toppings like Impossible meat crumbles, vegan cheese, sour cream, sautéed mushrooms, chives, and a plethora of vegetables.

There’s no cross-contamination since there is a separate grill for the vegan options.

Next up for vegan eats at Twice Baked are their crispy rolls and tacos.

The roll comes filled with your choice of toppings.

Then, there’s their award-winning Motley Tacos. These crispy, fried tacos are filled with your choice of Impossible meat or vegetables as well as vegan cheese sauce and vegan sour cream.

The final vegan option on the menu is the LA Monkey salad with Impossible meat, vegetables, and a lemon basil dressing.

Insider tip: get a side of their sweet and sour sauce for dipping. And, mention VEGANS, BABY and save 10 percent on your order.
