Now vegans can also enjoy the fountain show from the patio of Mon Ami Gabi. That’s right. The French bistro now has a vegan menu, making it another restaurant in Las Vegas with vegan options for lunch or dinner on The Strip.

With an entire section of the menu dedicated to vegan and vegetarian options. Mon Ami Gabi is one of only a few restaurants at Paris Las Vegas with vegan options.

So, get there early and nab a seat on the Strip-facing patio and enjoy some vegan eats.

To start, order the steamed artichoke for the table. This gorgeous dish is a creative take (and presentation) of the popular artichoke. This version comes with shaved veggies and a lemon dijon vinaigrette for dipping.

Mon Ami Gabi also has one of the only vegan French onion soups in Las Vegas. The veganized rendition of the popular soup comes with onions (naturally), but also lentils and almond milk-creamed onions, topped with rustic toast. We. Dig. It.

There are two vegan entrees on the menu. if you’re craving vegetables, Mon Ami Gabi has a massive veggie platter with French green beans, broccolini, frites, mushrooms, confit celery root and garlic spinach.

The other vegan entree is a spiced cauliflower steak with frites, which seems to be a staple for vegan menus on The Strip. This one comes with an olive tapenade and lemon vinaigrette.

Of course, there are plenty of vegan side dishes at Mon Ami Gabi, including broccolini with capers and chili, garlic spinach, sautéed mushrooms and frites (naturally).

But, the dishes we truly love here are the ones that can be modified to be vegan. Namely, the cavatelli pasta. This entree features wild mushrooms, confit celery root, preserved lemon and some heat. To order this vegan, ask them to hold the truffle butter and cheese.

Mon Ami Gabi can also veganize the root veggie chopped salad, another goodie. Just nix the feta and you’re good to go.

Finish your meal with their sorbet du jour and the magnificent Bellagio fountains show.

If you’re craving their famous brunch, you’ll have to wait a little longer for that — there aren’t any specific vegan options yet.
