Seven steakhouses with vegan options in Las Vegas

Looking for vegan options at a Las Vegas steakhouse? Twin Creeks in Silverton Casino has a whole menu. For more vegan dining, visit www.vegansbaby.com/vegansbaby2018

Forget the baked potato and salads, Las Vegas steakhouses are starting to catch the vegan wave and offer (gasp) vegan options. In some cases, it’s an entire vegan menu. If you’re looking for steakhouses with vegan options in Las Vegas, here’s six steakhouses with vegan options we dig.

Hank’s Fine Steaks and Martinis

Hank's Fine Steakhouse & Martinis has launched a new vegan menu in Las Vegas. For more vegan dining options in Las Vegas, visit www.vegansbaby.com/vegansbaby2018

This swanky steakhouse at Green Valley Ranch launched its vegan program in the summer of 2018. Hank’s vegan options include King Trumpet “calamari” (a must!), plus entrees like vegan ricotta stuffed eggplant, a delicious pan-seared quinoa cake and the safe bet, roasted cauliflower steak. They’ve also got some amazing vegan desserts including one of the best vegan carrot cakes in Las Vegas.

Stack

Stack has debuted a vegan menu at the Las Vegas steakhouse. For more vegan options in Las Vegas, visit www.vegansbaby.com/vegansbaby2018

Stack inside Mirage began offering vegan items late 2018. Created by then Executive Chef Jessica Perlstein, Stack’s vegan dishes include a dreamy smoked leek and potato soup, stuffed pita and vegan chicken piccatta, along with sides and salad.

Twin Creeks Steakhouse

Looking for vegan options at a Las Vegas steakhouse? Twin Creeks in Silverton Casino has a whole menu. For more vegan dining, visit www.vegansbaby.com/vegansbaby2018

Located in the Silverton Casino, just south of The Strip, Twin Creeks has plenty of vegan options. Start your meal with shishito peppers (hold the aioli) and then dive into the main course with choices like asparagus risotto, cauliflower steak or crispy polenta cake, plus some veggie sides.

Scotch 80 Prime Steakhouse

Staying at The Palms and want an upscale vegan option? Scotch 80 Prime is a steakhouse in Las Vegas with a vegan menu. For more vegan options in Las Vegas, visit www.vegansbaby.com/vegansbaby2018

This hip hangout at the Palms isn’t just for meat-eaters. Scotch 80 Prime’s vegan offerings include a chilled white asparagus gazpacho, mesquite grilled abalone mushroom steak (order it!), roasted cauliflower (do you see a theme here yet?), plus a few vegan vegetable sides. Bonus: if you dig whiskey, this place is your dream.

Joe’s Seafood, Prime Steak & Stone Crab

Joe's Seafood, Prime Steak and Stone Crab is a vegan-friendly restaurant in Las Vegas on The Strip. For more vegan options on The Strip in Las Vegas, visit www.vegansbaby.com

There aren’t a ton of specific vegan options at Joe’s Seafood, but there are options. Start with mixed greens or order have them veganize the chop salad. For your main course, they’ve got roasted cauliflower steak or grilled veggie tacos (request them vegan), plus sides. Whatever you do, be sure to order the hashed brown to share at the table … or not share if you’re anything like us.

Charlie Palmer Steak

The new kid on the block when it comes to vegan options, Charlie Palmer quietly added vegan options to their secret prix-fix weekly menu mid-summer 2019. For $58, guests can enjoy a rotating menu with wine pairings that feature a salad and two sides that are vegan, plus a creative vegan entree and vegan dessert, along with bottomless wine for the first two courses. Chances are, you won’t see roasted cauliflower steak on this menu.

SW Steak

Everyone’s favorite casino (although not ours, we prefer resorts whose restaurants skew towards more creative offerings) for vegan-friendly dining — Wynn (and its sister property, Encore) has SW Steakhouse. Here, you can order up some Gardein meatballs, Kite Hill ricotta ravioli, roasted organic mushrooms with eggplant caponata or quinoa cakes, plus a salad and some sides.
