Celebrate Veganuary and the Las Vegan Vegan Dining Month 2021

2021 Las Vegas Vegan Dining Month

The 2021 Las Vegas Vegan Dining Month marks the fourth year of the citywide event held every January. It coincides with the international challenge to go vegan created by Veganuary.

The vegan dining month celebrates vegan options in Las Vegas and helps make taking the challenge to vegan even more accessible.

Participating restaurants (listed below) create special vegan dishes for the month and donate a portion of the proceeds from those dishes to a local organization. Despite the complications from the pandemic and limited dining, these participating restaurants recognize the important of plant-based dishes and supporting the vegan community. Dishes are available for dine-in and carry-out or delivery.

The beneficiary in 2021 is Progressive Leadership Alliance of Nevada. Founded in 1994, the organization brings together more than 30 diverse and potentially competing organizations into one cohesive force for social and environmental justice in Nevada.

In addition, I’m excited to welcome ghost kitchens into the mix, from Mexican to cannabis-infused cupcakes.
