Welcome to another Vegans, Baby Bite. This week, we’re sharing a hidden gem in Desert Shores, some big Las Vegas vegan dining news and a discount you’ll want to enjoy. It’s the week of Aug. 19, 2019, and this is your Vegans, Baby Bite with Founder Diana Edelman.

First, let’s chat hidden gems. While Rooster Boy Cafe isn’t vegan, it is a vegan-friendly restaurant in Las Vegas. Helmed by the amazing Chef Sonia El-Nawal, Rooster Boy serves up home cooking for breakfast and lunch in Desert Shores. Order one of her vegan eats, or simply trust her to make something vegan and magical, you won’t be disappointed. Be sure to watch the video to find out about the secret menu item you’re going to want to order.

In Las Vegas vegan dining news, Tacotarian recently announced its opening its second location. The all-vegan Mexican restaurant which boasts it serves the most vegan tacos in the universe is set to open its doors in the downtown Arts District this fall. The opening marks the first vegan restaurant in the area.

But, there’s more Tacotarian news.

The restaurant’s original location is celebrating its one-year anniversary this Thursday, Aug. 22 with some free margaritas and apps. Check out the video for details. Plus, they’ve extended their brunch. Now, Tacotarian serves their popular brunch both Saturday and Sunday.

Finally, you’ve got until the end of the month to take advantage of the special 15% off deal at Veganos Kitchen. Head over and mention Vegans, Baby to take advantage of the offer and save.

We’ve got more news coming at you next week!
